Our Story
Tebowa started in 2018 when three London residents noticed a gap in the market. Finding truly fresh produce required either expensive specialty shops or compromising on quality at supermarkets. We decided to connect local farms directly with city households.
What began as weekend deliveries to 20 families has grown into a service reaching over 3,000 customers across London. Our warehouse at 15 Willow Walk, SE1 2RR processes daily shipments from 45 partner farms within a 50-mile radius of the capital.
What We Do
Each morning, our team receives harvests picked within the previous 24 hours. We sort, pack, and prepare orders for same-day or next-day delivery. No cold storage beyond 48 hours means what you receive is genuinely fresh.
Our selection includes seasonal British vegetables, imported fruits meeting UK standards, organic options, and specialty items. Customers order through our website, choosing delivery slots that fit their schedule. We operate Monday through Saturday, with Sunday reserved for farm coordination and quality checks.
Our Approach
We work with farms that meet Red Tractor certification or equivalent standards. Each supplier undergoes quarterly audits covering growing practices, handling procedures, and traceability systems. This ensures consistent quality without requiring customers to research individual producers.
Pricing reflects actual costs: farm prices, transport, handling, and delivery. We publish our margin structure on request. When seasonal availability affects prices, we notify customers in advance rather than substituting items without permission.
